<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tube for passing optical fiber cable through, a flexible tube that facilitates installation by limiting twisting and suppressing bending of a flexible tube so as to prevent deterioration of transmission loss and that secures installation quality by the function of the member, without having to rely on worker's skill. <P>SOLUTION: In the flexible tube, the tube wall 1 is formed into a rippled shape by connecting a peak 2 and a valley 3 alternately so that an inserted optical fiber cable is protected; the valley 3 is constituted of two valleys of a first valley 3a and a second valley 3b, with a plurality of first valleys 3a arranged in between the second valley 3b and the second valley 3b; and the inside diameter of the second valley 3b is formed smaller than that of the first valley 3a, as well as, a restricting structure 5 for limiting the twisting of the flexible tube is provided in the valley 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
