PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet discharge head which effectively prevents an electrical malfunction without complicating the structure, a droplet discharge device, droplet discharge head manufacturing method, and a droplet discharge device manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The droplet discharge head 100 includes a cavity board 3 the bottom wall of which forms a vibrating plate 8 with a discharge chamber 7 demarcated to store and discharge droplets an electrode board 4 which has discrete electrodes 17 by facing the vibrating plate 8 beyond a gap 18 and driving the vibrating plate 8, and mounts a driver IC 15 connected to the discrete electrode 17 and applying voltage to the discrete electrode 17. A first opening (through hole 24) to store the driver IC 15 is formed in the cavity board 3, and SiO283 is formed on the wall of the first opening.
