<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator for an AGCS of a vehicle having a shock dampening and noise absorbing mechanism capable of enduring against a shock generated from tires (loads in an axial direction or a direction perpendicular to a shaft). <P>SOLUTION: This actuator for an AGCS includes a piston performing a linear reciprocating motion, a screw bar attached to the rear end of the piston and a driving motor for use in rotating the screw bar, and further includes a shock dampening means for dampening a load in the axial direction at an interface area between the screw bar and the motor and a shock absorbing means for absorbing a load in the vertical direction in respect to the shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
