<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a switch part which is easily operated by making the height of a top plate top surface as low as possible, above a cabinet and guided by light so that a spot to be operated can be readily discriminated. <P>SOLUTION: The induction cooker is made thin without structural stacking in the vertical direction by arranging a light-emitting part 35 and a contact point terminal 38 to the side of a light guide plate 31.
