摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a light source device capable of reducing the variations in the illuminance of irradiated light. <P>SOLUTION: A light source device 100A comprises a light-emitting tube 111 which comprises a light-emitting part and sealing parts 1112 and 1113, and a reflector 12A. The reflector 12A comprises a neck-like part comprising an insert hole 1211, and a reflecting part of which a reflecting surface 122A of rotation curve form is formed. The manufacturing method of the light source device 100A includes a light-emitting tube inserting process in which the sealing part 1113 is inserted in the insert hole 1211; a light-emitting tube positioning process for positioning the light-emitting tube 111 at a position such as the brightness of the light reflected on the reflector 12A becomes near maximum with respect to the reflector 12A; an adhesive injecting process for injecting an adhesive for fixing the light-emitting tube 111 in the insert hole 1211; and a bonding process for curing the adhesive, by placing the reflector 12A and the light-emitting tube 111 at the vertical position, where the rotational axis of the curve forming the reflecting surface 122A becomes substantially vertical. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
