PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid body arrangement method in which a liquid body can be arranged in a high precision and a color filter manufacturing method and a manufacturing method of an organic EL display device by using the above liquid body arrangement method. SOLUTION: From a first dot pattern in which a predetermined number a (24) of dots are set up according to each of divided areas on a substrate, a predetermined number b (6) are removed to create a second dot pattern. At this time, in accordance with a discharge information (an arranged position precision) of a corresponding nozzle of each dot, a hitting position of a droplet is calculated in a supposition that the discharge is made based on the dot, and the dots of which the hitting positions are nearer a border of the divided areas are preferentially removed.
