PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a vehicle to notice and make contact with the vehicle when GPS signal is not receivable, in vehicle-to-vehicle communication, even if each vehicle is not provided with a navigation system including a map database, a storage device storing map information including intersection information and a vehicle speed sensor. SOLUTION: Each vehicle-to-vehicle communication device mutually transmits and receives vehicle speed, travelling direction and position information of an own vehicle (S105 and S110). Based on the vehicle speed, travelling direction and position information of the own vehicle and a surrounding vehicle, presence of surrounding vehicle within a specified distance around the own vehicle is determined (S115), and when the determination is affirmative, the surrounding vehicle is registered in an attention list A (S120). The attention list A is filtered (S125). When the vehicle in the attention list A may collide with the own vehicle (S135: YES), caution information is transmitted to the vehicle concerned (S140).
