PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium case which is easily attached and detached relative to the end part of a can container and has no careless omission. SOLUTION: The premium case 1 is integrally formed with a placing plate 3 for placing a premium 2, a fitting cylindrical part 5 provided below this placing plate 3 and having an opened lower end so as to fit to the end part of the can container 4, and an upper side cylindrical part 6 provided above the placing plate 3 and having an opened upper end. The premium case 1 is composed of a holder 8 composed of plastic provided with two locking projections 7 and 7 which can be locked on a projecting edge 4a at the upper end part of the can container 4 on the inner face of the fitting cylindrical part 5 and having appropriate resiliency, and a cover 9 composed of plastic linked so as to be engaged and removed to the holder 8 on the inside of the upper side cylindrical part 6 of this holder 8, forming an inner space for storing the premium 2 between it and the holder 8, being seen through and having appropriate resiliency.
