A hologram information recording/reproducing device (100A) includes: a laser (1) which emits a light beam (PL);a spatial light amplitude modulator (3A) which receives the light beam (PL) to generate, upon recording, reference lights (RL) of different amplitude modulation patterns between a signal light (SL) and the adjacent light collection positions in the hologram recording medium (10) and generate, upon reproduction reference lights (RL) subjected to the same amplitude modulation as upon the recording; a light deflector (6) which deflects the position on the hologram recording medium (10) where the reference lights (RL) are collected; and an objective lens (7) which collects, upon recording, the signal light (SL) and the reference light (RL) onto the hologram recording medium (10) to form interference fringes and, upon reproduction, collects the reference light (RL) onto the interference fringes in the hologram recording medium (10).
