A horizontality exhaust pipe infrared rays attenuation device of a small size high-speed ship is provided to prevent exposure to an infrared ray sensing unit by reducing heat generated at an exhaust pipe by a seawater injection system. A horizontality exhaust pipe infrared rays attenuation device of a small size high-speed ship comprises an inlet unit(100), a temperature reduction unit(200), a discharge unit(300), and a connecting unit(400). The inlet unit is connected to an exhaust hole to exhaust exhaust gas from a diesel engine. The temperature reduction unit is connected to the inlet unit and reduces temperature of the exhaust gas by injecting seawater to the exhaust gas of high temperature. The discharge unit is connected to the temperature reduction unit and discharges the exhaust gas and the injected seawater. The connecting unit has a first connecting unit(410) and a second connecting unit(420). The first connecting unit is placed between the inlet unit and the temperature reduction unit and connects the inlet unit with the temperature reduction unit. The second connecting unit is placed between the temperature reduction unit and the discharge unit and connects the temperature reduction unit and the discharge unit. Both ends of the first and second connecting units are in the form of flanges(411,421). The connecting unit compensates deformation of the inlet unit, the temperature reduction unit, and the discharge unit due to the exhaust gas of high temperature. |
