Data transmission in a multiuser OFDM system with adaptive modulation

The method involves sending two sets of bits by using two groups of sub-bands of a frequency band, respectively. Two modulation processes are utilized for the respective sets of bits. The sets of bits are rearranged to form two sets of tuples, respectively, and two symbols are formed from each of the respective sets of tuples based on the modulation processes, where a number of one of the sets of tuples is equal to a number of the other set of tuples. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for processing information received by radios (2) a radio station for processing information received by radios.
