<p>The device has a stirring vessel (2) and lid (3) that can be locked and a housing (4). The vessel and lid are lockable to prevent access and can be rotated to displace a releasing element (9) formed separately from the vessel and/or lid. The releasing element can be operated by turning the vessel and/or lid about the vertical axis to release a path for the locking element (10).</p>
