An energy-saving local heating system is provided to achieve improved thermal efficiency by firstly heating water through steam heat in a condenser and secondly heating water through steam heat in a heat exchanger. An energy-saving local heating system includes a steam turbine(20), a generator(10), a condenser(30), a heat exchanger(40), a cooling tower(50), a hot water receiving unit(60), and a valve. The generator generates electric energy in interlock with the steam turbine. The condenser is connected to a low pressure steam turbine(22) of the steam turbine and adjusts internal pressure of the turbine and firstly heats water. The heat exchanger secondly heats water by the steam of the low pressure steam turbine. The cooling tower supplies cooling water to the condenser. The valve controls cooling water and hot water introduced into the condenser. The hot water recovered by the control of the valve is firstly heated in the condenser and secondly heated in the heat exchanger. |
