A method of manufacturing mixed seasonings by addition of Gardenia seed powder instead of strong pigments to grain flour and red pepper powder is provided to increase the original color of red pepper and to give the efficacy of Gardenia seed. Purified water is mixed with Gardenia seed powder in a weight ratio of 2:1, heated, mixed with grain powder with a particle size of 25 to 35meshes and milled. In the milling process, red pepper powder is sprayed with water. After the milling process, second drying and milling steps can be additionally performed. |
