A camera module test device and a method thereof are provided to perform a simultaneous test of plural camera modules in case of performing a test at once in each test step, thereby reducing production costs and improving production efficiency. A display device unit(50) respectively displays images corresponding to plural inputted image signals. In a circuit board unit(31), plural circuit modules(61,62,63) are installed. The circuit module outputs a live image signal or an image signal for test, stored in plural camera modules(10a,10b,10c), to the display device unit during once test. Each of the plural circuit modules comprises a communication module, a control module and an image signal output module. The control module transmits a confirm signal and an image signal output request signal to the camera module connected to the communication module, and receives an image signal outputted by the camera module in response to the transmitted image signal output request signal.
