The storage involves purifying freshwater in large bags that are submerged in a water bed of water drawn on reservoirs, lakes, tanks, and artificial lakes that includes backwater of rivers. The bag is created of certain size that could remain partially submerged all the time and communicates through some communication hoses. The pumping units are also provided in both directions.
