There are provided an environment control device, an environment control method, an environment control program, and a computer-readable recording medium containing the environment control program capable of enabling a user to surely feel a pleasant feeling and maintain the pleasant state. A living body information measurement unit acquires time-series data on living body information on a user. A chaos analysis unit analyzes the time-series data acquired by the living body information measurement unit and calculates a parameter concerning the living body information. A state estimation unit estimates the pleasant feeling of the user according to the parameter calculated by the chaos analysis unit. A device control unit controls generation of stimulus to be applied to the user according to the estimation result obtained by the state estimation unit.
