<p>An air sealer and an axle assembly for a vehicle using the same are provided to extend life span of a bearing by cooling off surrounding of the bearing. An axle assembly for a vehicle comprises an air sealer(3), an axle hub(5), a fixing member(7), a knuckle arm(9), a bearing(11), a snap ring(13), a brake disk(15), and a dust cover(17). The air sealer is assembled at an outer part of a drive shaft(1), and rotates with the drive shaft. The air sealer has a blade unit along a circumferential direction. The axle hub is spline-engaged with the drive shaft to rotate with. The fixing member fixes the drive shaft which is assembled to the axle hub. The knuckle arm is mounted at a front of the axle hub to support the vehicle. The bearing is installed between the knuckle arm and the axle hub to support the axle hub to be rotated. The snap ring fixes the bearing. The brake disk is formed one part of the axle hub to periphery direction and used as a brake. The dust cover is formed at a front part of the brake disk to prevent entering foreign material to the brake disk. There is space between the air sealer and the knuckle arm to circulate air while rotating the air sealer.</p> |
