A folding box made of synthetic resin capable of being stably held without slipping by securely grasping it even if any side-portion of the hexahedron of the box is grasped by both hands. The folding box comprises a square tubular side-wall component part (3) formed by foldably connecting the adjacent side end parts of hard synthetic resin four side plates (1) to each other through side plate connection hinge parts (2), a bottom plate component part (6) formed by foldably connecting a hard synthetic resin bottom piece (4) to the lower sides of the plurality of side plates (1) through bottom piece connection hinge parts (5), and a cover component part (7) formed by foldably connecting a hard synthetic resin cover piece (15) to the upper sides of the plurality of side plates (1) through the cover piece connection pin parts (10). Soft synthetic resin non-slip parts (13) exposed to the outside are fitted to the hexahedron near the sides on one or both of the faces of the hexahedron perpendicularly adjacent to each other through the sides thereof. The non-slip parts are fitted to the hexahedron near all the sides thereof.
