A rolling preventing outrigger for cargo-working using an inner crane of a ship is provided to prevent overturn of the ship by securing support force by putting a support on a ground surface or a bottom under a surface of water. A rolling preventing outrigger for cargo-working using an inner crane of a ship includes a support, hydraulic pistons, and a turntable. The support is extended to a ground surface and a bottom under a surface of water from the ship. The hydraulic piston extends(2,5) and contracts(3,4) the multistage support. The turntable controls an angle of the support. The support has first, second, and third supports(11,12,13). The second support is placed in the first support. The third support is placed in the second support.
