A brightness enhancement film is provided to increase a brightness enhancement property by forming first and second grooves on the film in normal directions. A brightness enhancement film includes a substrate(210) and a brightness enhancement structure(220). The brightness enhancement structure is arranged on the substrate. Plural first and second grooves(222,224) are formed on a surface of the brightness enhancement structure to form plural pyramid prism units(226). The first grooves are formed along a first direction, while the second grooves are formed along a second direction on a surface of the brightness enhancement structure. The second direction is normal to the first direction. Some of the first grooves have a first groove depth, while some of the second grooves have a second groove depth. The second groove depth is different from the first groove depth.
