A display system, its control method, and a method for controlling a video source device are provided to allow a user to recognize an image easily to which a changed profile has been substantially applied if the image is corrected according to a change in various profiles. When a control signal for changing a display profile or a printer profile is inputted, a controller(60) controls a UI(User Interface) generating unit(30) to generate a profile change window including the first menu for allowing the display profile to be changed and the second menu allowing the printer profile to be changed. A storage unit(40) stores a plurality of different display profiles and printer profiles. The first menu includes a current profile item for displaying a current display profile and a target profile item for selecting one of the plurality of stored display profiles. The second menu includes a target profile item for selecting one of the plurality of stored printer profiles, an illumination item for selecting an illumination state of an environment where a printer is positioned, and a paper item for selecting a material of paper provided to the printer.
