This invention is related to a biosensor implementation of the detection of protein molecules, also with a potential detection of chemicals as well, using specific antibodies. The biosensor implementation which is the subject of the invention, is characterized in that input signals to the transceiver are target bio/chemical agents causing a change in the dielectric constant of the capacitor, exposed to environment, integrated into the VCO (Voltage-controlled oscillator) (7) / PLL (phase-locked-loops) of the transceiver, hence causing a change in oscillation frequency of the oscillator and hence, propagated re-signal of the transceiver.
