The device has a monoblock receiving medium (10) ensuring different sliding functions at adjustable position along an arm (7b) of gypsum plaster base board or panel support. The medium receives a stop (11) of the board or the panel and is retractable against spring type elastic return unit placed in the receiving medium. A locking body (12) assures double locking function of the medium on the arm and limits the movement of the stop against the elastic return unit of the stop in a stress phase for installation of base board or panel at ceiling and/or wall.
