A tiltable wheel apparatus and a trike using the same are provided to rotate at high speed by preventing overturn of a body due to centrifugal force by tilt of the body in case of rotation. A tiltable wheel apparatus includes an upper suspension arm(10), a lower suspension arm(20), a seesaw(30), a shock absorber(40), a clutch(50), an upper and lower suspension arm connecting member(60), and a drive shaft(70). The upper suspension arm rotates around an upper suspension arm shaft formed at the center of a body and is extended to left and right wheels(80a,80b). The lower suspension arm rotates around a lower suspension arm shaft formed at the center of the body and is extended to the left and right wheels. The seesaw rotates around the lower suspension arm shaft. Both ends of the seesaw are extended to a higher position than the lower suspension arm shaft. The shock absorber connects the end of the seesaw and the lower suspension arm. The clutch is formed at the lower suspension arm shaft and controls power transmission between the seesaw and the body. The upper and lower suspension arm connecting member vertically connects ends of the upper and lower suspension arms. The drive shaft connects centers of the wheels with a differential gear(72) and transmits torque of the differential gear to the wheels.
