A regulator circuit is provided to control the temperature gradient of an output voltage in a positive direction by setting the output voltage of the regulator circuit. A regulator circuit includes a reference voltage generator(130), first and second operational amplifiers(140,170), and a voltage divider(150). The reference voltage generator including a rectifier receives a source voltage and outputs a first reference voltage(121). The first operational amplifier receives the first reference voltage and outputs a second reference voltage(122) having the same voltage as the first reference voltage. The voltage divider receives the second reference voltage and outputs a third reference voltage lower than the second reference voltage. The second operational amplifier receives the third voltage and outputs an output voltage(160) having the same voltage as the third reference voltage.
