PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic defecation disposal device with excellent operability and a simple structure, capable of achieving the appropriate discharge of filth and washing operation. SOLUTION: The automatic defecation disposal device K comprises a detection means disposed in a diaper-shaped casing A for detecting the excrement and a washing means disposed in the diaper-shaped casing A for washing with injected fluid. The diaper-shaped casing A comprises a support plate part 100 and a raised part 200. The support plate part 100 comprises a filth channel 101 and a discharge part 102 for discharging the excrement to the outside of the diaper-shaped casing A. The raised part 200 has a front recess part 113 recessed to receive urine. The detection means comprises a feces detection sensor G and a urine detection sensor H.
