An underground buoyancy restraint method using a permanent ground anchor structure is provided to stabilize the foundation of an underground structure by using for restraining buoyancy of underground water and preventing the leakage of underground water, and to shorten a period of construction and to cut down on the cost of construction by finishing a construction site simply. An underground buoyancy restraint method using a permanent ground anchor structure comprises the steps of: boring a hole for laying an anchor structure on the ground, and laying a steel pipe in the hole; inserting a grout hose(16) to the center of an anchor structure composed of reinforcing bars(2) bound with tie bands(12) and spacers(14), laying the anchor structure in the hole and placing grout in the hole through the grout hose; injecting cement milk to the inside space of the steel pipe; and arranging reinforcing bars for a mat to the ground around the steel pipe, connecting the reinforcing bars exposed and extended to the outside to the reinforcing bars for a mat and placing concrete, and then curing the concrete surface, thereby forming a concrete mat. |
