A terminal plate assembly is provided to position terminals between a terminal plate and a plate cover accurately, thereby reliably joining the terminal plate assembly to a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) or component parts, by using elastic fixing elements for sticking the terminals closely to the terminal plate. A plurality of receiving elements(14) recedes from a terminal plate(10). A plate hole(16) is formed in one end of the receiving element, and a guide rib(18) is protruded from the other end of the receiving element. Each of terminals(20) includes a base(22) placed on the receiving element, and a soldering portion(24) and a joining portion(26) protruded at both ends of the base in opposite directions. The soldering portion of the terminal passes through the plate hole of the receiving element. A plate cover(30) has a plurality of cover holes(34). The guide ribs of the receiving elements are positioned within the cover holes. The joining portion of the terminal passes through the cover holes. An elastic fixing element(36) is formed within the cover holes correspondingly to each of the terminals, and adheres to the terminal closely to the receiving element and the guide rib.
