<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency in work inside a device, such as the replacement of consumables, such as lamps, or maintenance for the others. <P>SOLUTION: An upper housing 3 stores an XeF lamp 12, and a trigger socket 14 extended in the coaxial direction of the XeF lamp 12 while one end is connected to the XeF lamp 12, and has a lid section 9 for opening/closing the storage section of the trigger socket 14. A lower housing 4 stores a power supply section for supplying power to the trigger socket 14 connected to the XeF lamp 12 electrically. In the lid section 9, at least one portion of a prescribed surface (rear surface 3a) of the upper housing 3 that opposes the other axial end of the trigger socket 14, and one portion at least on one surface of both side surfaces (left and right side surfaces 3c, 3d) adjacent to the prescribed surface are integrated.
