<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a shortage of lubrication between planetary rollers and a rotor shaft and between the planetary rollers and an outer ring member in an electric linear actuator, the rollers which make a rolling contact with each other. <P>SOLUTION: Sector-shaped lubricant application members 6 have concaved circular surfaces 6a making sliding contact with outer-diameter surfaces of the planetary rollers 5 arranged between the outer-diameter surface of the rotor shaft 2a of an electric motor 2 and an inner diameter surface of the outer ring member 3 so as to apply a lubricant to the outer diameter surfaces of the planetary rollers 5. The lubricant application members 6 are supported and arranged in a bottomed cylindrical case 7 secured to a carrier 4 of the planetary rollers 5, whereby the shortage of lubrication between the planetary rollers 5 making a rolling contact with each other and the rotor shaft 2a, and between the planetary rollers 5 and the outer ring member 3 is eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
