<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document managing apparatus to improve convenience in document management. <P>SOLUTION: The document managing apparatus is provided with a means 11 scanning an object medium which has an original image to be copied, and generating an original image data showing the original image; a means 12 generating restriction image data representing a restriction image to show that the copy of the original image is restricted, and relevant information data showing relevant information related to the restriction image; a means 13 outputting a superposition image including the original image, the restriction image, and the relevant information being formed in an output medium based on the original image data, the restriction image data, and the relevant information data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
