<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device with high color purity and superior display quality. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL device comprises a transparent substrate, a primary semi-transparent electrode layer formed on the transparent substrate, an organic EL layer which is formed on the primary semi-transparent electrode layer and at least includes a light emitting layer, a secondary semi-transparent electrode layer formed on the organic EL layer, a semi-transparent film thickness adjustment layer which is formed on the secondary semi-transparent electrode layer and consists of inorganic materials, and a reflective layer which is formed on the semi-transparent film thickness adjustment layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
