<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, such as a facsimile apparatus, that can hold a rotatable display unit and operation unit at predetermined angle positions with space-saving inexpensive constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor has the display unit 125 which can rotate and can be held at the halfway angle position, and the operation unit 124 which can rotate coaxially with the display unit and can be held in a halfway opening state. Further, the image processor has a first holding means 301 and a second holding means 401 so as to hold the display unit and operation unit at the halfway angle positions. The first holding means generates holding torque between the display unit and a processor body, and the second holding means generates holding torque between the display unit and operation unit.
