<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform peak suppression on signals of a plurality of systems having different reception quality requirements at an appropriate peak suppression degree for the respective systems in a peak suppressor. <P>SOLUTION: The peak suppressor 31 in which systems C and D having different reception qualities are present causes a replica generator 32 to generate a replica in which signals from the system C and the system D before peak suppression are combined, respectively. A peak suppressor for system C 22 performs peak suppression on signals of the system C according to the reception quality of the system C, based on the combined replica. A peak suppressor for system D 23 performs peak suppression on signals of the system D according to the reception quality of the system D based on the combine replica.
