<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invention evaluation method capable of objectively and fairly evaluating inventions technically. <P>SOLUTION: In the invention evaluation method, a number of an official gazette (official gazette number) wherein an invention to be evaluated is written, a frequency (citation frequency) with which the official gazette number has been cited in examination of application of later inventions, and a patent classification specifying a technical field to which the invention belongs are made into a database, and a place obtained by rearranging and outputting official numbers and citation frequencies, which are extracted by specifying the patent classification, in a descending order is determined as an evaluation value representing a level of technical value of the invention. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
