<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner container that can stably supply toner by a simple configuration, can be easily handled without causing a toner leakage from within the toner container, and can ensure improved workability and maintenance, and to provide a toner supply device using it, and an image forming apparatus having them. <P>SOLUTION: The toner container 300 includes: a container body 310 having a toner discharge hole 314; and a support member 350 supporting the container body 310 so that the container body 310 is rotatable and having a toner supply hole 300a. The toner container 300 discharges toner by rotating the container body 310. The peripheral part of the container body 310 has a toner supply recess 303 receding toward the inside of the toner container 300 and temporarily storing ejected toner. The toner supply recess 303 is formed upstream of the toner discharge hole 314.
