PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of measuring an X-ray scan with sensitivity for a long time or a short time, by using two integrators each to perform integration and discharging alternately. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a driving means 2 irradiating X-rays on an object under test by driving an X-ray tube 1, and a tube-current detecting means 3 detects tube currents flowing in the X-ray tube 1. During the time when the tube currents flow, integrating means 4, 5 alternately integrate the tube currents, and a summation means 6a sums up values integrated by the two integrating means 4, 5 during the above period to find an irradiation volume of the X-ray tube.
