<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive bay which allows a drive device to be easily attached/detached, and a computer system. <P>SOLUTION: A drive bay 20 includes a case body 21 which is placed in a direction of a front surface 10a of the computer system, wherein the drive bay 20 detachably houses a plurality of drive devices 40a to 40d including a recording medium; and a grip portion 23 which turns and opens the case body 21 housing the drive devices 40a to 40d to a position where the drive devices 40a to 40d can be attached/detached, or turns, closes, and locks the case body 21 inside the computer system 10. A user is allowed to attach/detach the drive devices 40a to 40d easily, since the drive bay 20 is placed at the bottom side of the front surface 10a of the computer system 10 and opened diagonally to the upper direction to the horizontal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
