PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the analysis accuracy of an electronic component analysis system. SOLUTION: This electronic component analysis system is configured so that dividing lines are inserted into an electronic component model to divide an analysis area into small areas, make the resolution of different small areas large to perform electromagnetic field analysis many times, compare a plurality of analysis results, determine an area whose resolution should be made high and increase the resolution of the determined area to perform electromagnetic field analysis of the electronic component model. The resolution determined by the analysis system is optimized in each small area so that the analysis accuracy of the electronic component analysis system can consequently be improved.
