PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce the using condition of the rotation of inner and outer rings and circulation oiling in a state closer to that in actual rotation by a rotation testing device of a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: The rotation testing device of the rolling bearing comprises a rotation shaft 10 to which the inner rings 1a and 2a are fixed, and a housing 20 to which the outer rings 1b and 2b are fixed. The rotation shaft 10 and housing 20 can independently rotated and driven. Oil introduction passages 14a, 14b and 14c make oil flow from the outside of the housing 20 to testing bearings 1 and 2 through the inside of the rotation shaft 10, and the oil flowing out of the testing bearings 1 and 2 is discharged to the outside of the housing 20 from an oil discharge passage 25 continuing in the inner circumference of the housing 20, and is recovered by an oil recovery cover 40.
