PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealability between a sheet and a frame for surely realizing a dust-proof/drip-proof structure. SOLUTION: Rollers 19, 20 installed in a slide table 18 have curvature-shape cross-sections in a rotating direction that are moderately curved toward the stainless sheet 17 so that a portion of the stainless sheet 17 corresponding to a groove hole 12 is pressed against the groove hole 12. When a drive mechanism 9 is driven, a moving body 4 is rectilinearly moved within the frame 2 and the rollers 19, 20 are rotated on the stainless sheet 17 while pressing the stainless sheet 17 against the groove hole 12, whereby the stainless sheet 17 is pressed against the frame 2 on the whole.
