PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for and a device of adapting an internal combustion engine, capable of reducing time and measuring manhours required for adapting work for determining an adapting value of a separate internal combustion engine, when determining the adapting value in the internal combustion engine being a reference.
