POLYESTER CORE-SHEATH FILAMENT

A polyester core-sheath filament is provided to weave the polyester core-sheath yarn and the flame retardant yarn and to perform the heated press process of the weaved cloth. A polyester sheath is a non-crystal polyester yarn having no melting point and the softening point of 120-130°C. The polyester core is a polyester yarn having the general melting point. The polyester core-sheath filament is extended to blow 25% when at a dry state, 3.5g/d of stress is applied to the measured original yarn. The polyester core-sheath filament has a force-change curve that the yarn is extended to 15% to 40% until the yarn is cut at the stress section. A non-halogen group flame-retardant yarn and the polyester core-sheath filament are weaved and treated by heat so that the original cloth for screen is manufactured. The cloth having the unit weight of 300g/m^2 is treated by heat at 230°C for 20-60 seconds.
