The design consists of the features of shape and configuration applied to a portable vacuum as illustrated in solid lines in the attached drawings, the stippled lines illustrating features of the article which form no part of the design.Drawings of the design are included wherein:FIGURE 1 is a perspective view of the article to which the design is applied, namely, a portable vacuum in a closed position;FIGURE 2 is a right side view thereof in a closed position;FIGURE 3 is a left side view thereof in a closed position;FIGURE 4 is a back view thereof in a closed position;FIGURE 5 is a front view thereof in a closed position;FIGURE 6 is a front view thereof in an open position;FIGURE 7 is a bottom view thereof in a closed position; and FIGURE 8 is a top view thereof in a closed position.
