<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service taken into consideration so that the customers visiting a business store are not bored in the window business or the reception business in such stores as banks, post offices, security firms, hospitals, travel agencies, pharmacies and restaurants, to provide a system for introducing a new commodity and doing a public relation on the content of the new service by utilizing the waiting time of the customer, and to provide a system for providing information for more deeply understanding the facilities by making the users grasp the service provided by the facilities to the users visiting for utilizing the public facilities. <P>SOLUTION: A numbered ticket to be issued when the stores and the public facilities receive the customers or the users visiting the windows, has a constitution displaying not only a number of reception but also a two-dimensional bar code describing web site address of the store or the public facility on the numbered ticket. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
