<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a status management system and a status management method for a barbershop or a beauty salon for precisely obtaining a waiting time at a customer terminal or a shop terminal in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The status management system is provided with a management server accessible from the customer terminal or the shop terminal via an electrical communication network. The management server has a menu database accumulating hairdressing contents and predicted work time of each hairdressing contents, a work status database managing and accumulating statuses of customers visiting a shop, hairdressing contents of the customers, and the number of unoccupied chairs, and a waiting time calculation means calculating a waiting time of a customer based on the status of the customers visiting the shop, the hairdressing contents of the customers, and the predicted work time of the hairdressing contents, and the waiting time at the shop is displayed in the customer terminal or the shop terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
