PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process, from a crystalline polymer composition, of a foam-molding having a good appearance with inconspicuous silver streaks and weld marks. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a manufacturing process of the foam-molding by injection foam-molding, which uses a mold equipped with a device and/or a circuit capable of heating the surface of a mold inner circumference and a device and/or a circuit capable of cooling the surface of the mold inner circumference, characterized in that it comprises (1) a step of filling the cavity of the mold with a melted foamable crystalline polymer composition, wherein the surface temperature of the mold inner circumference is set in a range between "the crystallization temperature of the crystalline polymer material -20°C" and "the crystallization temperature of the crystalline polymer material +20°C", (2) a foaming step of foaming the composition, and (3) a step of cooling the foam-molded article by changing the surface temperature of mold inner circumference to 50°C or lower.
