PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte for a cell which surely gives cells with good performance and high safety even in a high temperature environment. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte for a cell comprises nonaqueous solvent having a cyclic phosphazene compound represented by general formula (I):(NPR<SP>1</SP><SB>2</SB>)<SB>n</SB>, a difluorophosphoric acid ester compound represented by general formula (II), an alkyne compound represented by general formula (III):R<SP>3</SP>-C≡C-R<SP>4</SP>, and a supporting salt. In the formula (I), R<SP>1</SP>is a halogen element, an alkoxy group or an aryloxy group independently and n ranges from 3 to 4, In the formula (II), R<SP>2</SP>is an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkoxy substitution alkyl group or an aryl group. In the formula (III), R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are independently hydrogen, an alkyl group with a carbon number from 1 to 6 or an alkenyl or aryl group with a carbon number from 2 to 3.
