LOW LINEAR EXPANSION MULTILAYER EXTRUDED SHEET

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which has a smooth surface and a low linear expansion and can be subjected to secondary processing with ease. SOLUTION: The low linear expansion multilayer extrusion sheet is composed of not less than two layers including at least a surface layer and a main layer. The main layer consists of a styrenic resin (A) and a filler (B). The filler (B) comprises a flaky powder and at least one kind of filler other than the flaky powder. The content of the filler (B) in the main layer is 25-70 mass%. The content of the flaky powder in the main layer is not less than 15 mass%. The styrenic resin (A) contains 10-50 mass% of an elastomer component (C). The sheet has an linear expansion coefficient of 1×10-5-6×10-5/°C and a Charpy impact strength of 4-50 KJ/m2and a thickness of not less than 0.3 mm and less than 2.0 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
